Abstract
In order to study mining pressure of steeply inclined and short-interval coal seam, and sufficiently realized surrounding rock stress distribution characters during mining process, and prevent mining field roof falling, side sliding and hydraulic support pressuring and so on,it taking 14602 working face of one coal mine as engineering background, and surrounding rock stress distribution within roof and floor during mine was simulate by numerical simulation, and obtained front and back stress distribution characteristics of working face, during working face advancing, and abutment supporting pressure formed as 'analogy ellipse stress zone'.with practical mining background of 14602 working face, the conclusions that ' triangle close' structure at the bottom of working face was strengthen than upside during working face mining, and then roadway surrounding stress and deformation at the bottom of working face were all large,so supporting intensity of bottom roadway of working face should be improved in last mining field and roadway supporting.
