Application of High Moisture Material Grouting Reinforcement in Panel Substation

  • To seriously broken problem of soft and broken roadway of panel substation of one coal mine,and theoretical analysis and field measurement were all applied,and then broken type and reasons of surrounding rock deformation of panel substation were analyzed,according field practical situation,the following combing supporting method were put forward,which is about arching support and backfill with high moisture material and grouting reinforcement and bolt-mesh-cable support,also the parameters of high moisture material backfill,high moisture material grouting reinforcement and bolt-mesh-cable support were confirmed,the surface displacement results showed that during constructed period to stability period,the largest convergence between roof to floor was about 25mm,and the convergence between two sides was about 33mm,and surrounding rock deformation was small,its application results was good.
