Reasons Analysis of Input Shaft Breakage of New Type Emulsion Pump in Domestic

  • To the problem of input shaft breakage of new type emulsion pump in one coal mine,based on some theory as material mechanics,mechanical dynamics and so on,the breakage reasons were analyzed by material component analysis,metallographic analysis with finite element analysis.The test results showed that material,detailing design and production hot treatment process meet the demands.Input shaft deformation would appeared after coupler off-center arrangement was vertified by finite element analysis,and then input shaft breakage would appeared,so driving devices off center adjustment was important method for equipment safety.
