Study of Overburden Broken Law of Coal Seam Mining with Deep and Thick Soil Layer with Shallow Depth in Yulin Mine Area

  • The geological mining situation of coal seam with shallow depth in Shanbei distract was studied,and then the following characters that strong bonding of Neogene laterite layer,strong water isolation ability and then water flowing fracture zone could be restrained were revealed,overburden structure ‘ upper soft lower hard’ of deep and thick soil layer and thin bedrock coal seam was obtained by numerical simulation and practical mining.It belong to soft rock,and the actual broken height of overburden after mining is smaller than empirical prediction value,its according with ‘ mud cap effect’,it references for similar situation.
