Design and Application of Endless-rope Continuous Tractor System Under Complex Roadway Situation

Endless-rope continuous tractor play an important role in transportation of mine production，but with coal industry development and mining geological situation variation，under complex roadway situation of large dip angle and many turning，its application of heavy transport equipment endless-rope continuous tractor should be solved timely.It taking equipment transport system of Pingdingshan Tian’an coal industry Co.，Ltd.，as example，and large dip angle and many turning endless rope continuous tractor system was studied，and then endless rope continuous tractor system that adapted to complex roadway situation was designed.After 2a operation，the results showed that the equipment is safety and good economical efficiency，high working efficient，it has large application value and development prospect.
