Dynamic Analysis of Height-regulating Structure of Shearer’s Cutting Unit Based on Matlab/Simulink

  • On the basis of analyzing stress state and simplifying structure of height-regulating structure of shearer’s cutting unit,mechanics model of height-regulating structure of cutting unit was set up.Applying Matlab/Simulink to setting up dynamic simulation model,height-regulating process was simulated.Results showed that increasing rigidity and damp of height-regulating oil-cylinder could reduce system vibration and improve system stability in height-regulating process,which provided reliable theoretical basis for designing height-regulating structure.
