Abstract: To the status of the multiple roof incidents and blank warning analysis，the monitoring and pre-warning system of mine roof disaster is designed.This system uses a set of internet technology，software development technology，CAN bus technology，strata theory and practice of research in one，also has data analysis and pre-warning capabilities.This paper introduce design ideas，system configuration，software development and application effect of the pre-warning system.The practical application show that pre-warning system can effectively capture the portent information of coal mine disaster，and to mine roof safety hazards can effectively forecasting and pre-warning.
