带式输送机压陷阻力能耗法研究

Research on Energy Method for Sag Resistance of Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 基于黏弹性材料在动载荷下的能耗理论和弹性板理论,覆盖层采用广义开尔文固体模型,分析了带式输送机压陷阻力的能耗机理,推导出输送带通过托辊时的压陷阻力及阻力系数理论公式,并结合具体输送机技术参数利用公式对各种影响因素进行了分析,结果表明该理论公式能正确反映各因素对压陷阻力的影响。

     

    Abstract: Based on energy consumption theory of visco-elastic material under dynamic pressure and elastic plate theory and generalized Kalvin solid model for covering layer,sag resistance energy consumption mechanism of belt conveyor is analyzed in this paper.Formulas of sag resistance and resistance coefficient are deduced.Combined with technical parameters of conveyor and Matlab software used,every influence factor is analyzed and result show that the theoretical formula can reflect rightly influence of every factor on sag resistance.
