冲击矿压巷道支护能量校核设计法

Energy Checking Design Method of Roadway with Rock-burst Danger

  • 摘要: 基于冲击矿压能量理论提出了冲击矿压巷道能量校核设计法:首先采用现代先进巷道设计方法进行巷道初步设计,再以巷道支护系统的变形能是否足以消耗巷道围岩破坏过程中释放的剩余能量作为判据,对冲击矿压巷道支护设计进行校核。其设计程序为:巷道冲击危险性评价;计算剩余能量;提出初步设计;支护系统吸能校核。计算得出了我国煤矿锚杆支护主要构件吸能指数,给出了能量校核设计法应用实例。

     

    Abstract: Energy check design method for rock-burst roadway was put forward based on energy theory of rock-burst.It included two phrases: firstly,applying modern and advanced roadway design method for initial design;secondly,checking the design based on the judgment whether the deformation energy of supporting system was enough to consume residual energy released during surrounding rock damage.The design progress was: evaluating rock-burst danger in roadway;calculating residual energy;preliminary designing and checking energy absorption of supporting system.Main components’ energy absorption index of Chinese anchored bolt was calculated and an application example using the method was presented.
