Abstract: This paper analyzed deformation and damage mechanism of borehole’s surrounding rock and obtained calculation formula of ultimate aperture of borehole.On the basis of this,it applying ANSYS to simulating pressure relief effect based on vertical and horizontal stress under different borehole layout manners（single row,triangle,square） and same borehole density.It obtained optimal borehole layout project under given geological condition by comprehensive evaluation of 5 indexes.
