Abstract: Main roadway of second level in Huating Colliery crosses through mudstone seam with amount of water-swelling clay minerals,and tectonic stress is large,which results in serious floor heave.This paper analyzes formation cause of floor heave and presents a combined supporting mode which includes whole-section anchored mesh and shotcreting in inner layer and whole-section concrete pouring in outer layer.Excellent supporting effect achieves.
