重复采动影响下巷道围岩变形规律及其稳定控制技术

Surrounding Rock Deformation and Stability Control Technology of Roadway Influenced by Repeating Mining

  • 摘要: 为解决米村煤矿- 150m泵房受上覆两侧煤柱工作面重复采动影响而产生的支护困难问题,基于FLAC2D数值模拟和现场实测,分析巷道围岩变形规律,提出了锚索加厚增稳围岩控制技术,并进行了现场工业性试验。研究结果表明:在上覆两侧工作面重复采动影响下,底板巷道围岩应力场和位移场表现出明显的非对称性,顶底围岩移近量大于两帮,右帮大于左帮,且巷道两帮深部围岩位移对上覆两侧采空区整体位移场表现出一定的敏感性;采用锚索加厚增稳技术可以充分发挥深部围岩的承载能力,突出围岩-支护承载拱结构的“厚而稳”特性,能够有效控制重复采动影响下巷道的非对称变形。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve difficult problem of supporting -150m pump room influenced by repeating mining of overlying mining face in Micun Colliery, based on FLAC2D numerical simulation and field test, roadway surrounding rock deformation rule was analyzed and the surrounding rock control technology of increasing stability by overstriking anchored cable. Filed industrial test showed that stress and displacement field of floor roadway took on obvious asymmetry. Convergence between roof and floor was larger than that of two-sides and right side was larger than left side. Whole displacement field was sensitive to two-side deep surrounding rock’s displacement. Applying increasing stability technology could fully exert bearing ability of deep surrounding rock and take the advantage of thick and stable property of surrounding rock-supporting system, and could effectively control roadway asymmetry deformation influenced by repeating mining.
