Abstract:
Gangue cementing stowing body was selected for retaining roadway along gob for a mine.In order to find stowing material with excellent bearing capability,yielding,and low cost,the experiment of material matching was made.By analyzing mechanics properties of test samples,optimal stuff ratio was obtained that cement:fly ash∶sand∶gangue∶water was 3.7∶1∶3.8∶29.6∶9.5 and that cement hardener amount was 1.2% of whole mass.Compression of the stowing body showed its strength reached 6.9MPa in 4d,and 11.8MPa in 14d,its average elastic modulus reached 1900.9MPa in 14d,and it had large flexibility.Under triaxial compression condition,stowing body still had high residual strength after compression failure,which showed its good bearing capacity.
