矸石胶结充填体力学性能实验研究

Experiment of Mechanics Properties of Gangue Cementing Stowing Body

  • 摘要: 根据某煤矿工程地质条件,确定采用矸石胶结巷旁充填体进行留巷。为了寻求承载性能优良、可缩性好、留巷成本低的矸石胶结巷旁充填材料,对充填料的配比进行了实验优化研究,根据对试样力学性能的分析,获得了最优的充填料浆配比为水泥∶粉煤灰∶砂石∶矸石骨料∶水= 3.7∶1∶3.8∶29.6∶9.5,早强剂用量为整体质量的1.2%。同时对该材料配比的充填体试件进行了力学压缩实验,研究了承载性能,得到充填体试件4d强度能达到6.9MPa,14d强度能达到11.8MPa,平均弹性模量在14d龄期为1900.9MPa,可缩性较强;在三轴压缩条件下,充填体压缩破坏后仍具有很高的残余强度,其承载能力良好。

     

    Abstract: Gangue cementing stowing body was selected for retaining roadway along gob for a mine.In order to find stowing material with excellent bearing capability,yielding,and low cost,the experiment of material matching was made.By analyzing mechanics properties of test samples,optimal stuff ratio was obtained that cement:fly ash∶sand∶gangue∶water was 3.7∶1∶3.8∶29.6∶9.5 and that cement hardener amount was 1.2% of whole mass.Compression of the stowing body showed its strength reached 6.9MPa in 4d,and 11.8MPa in 14d,its average elastic modulus reached 1900.9MPa in 14d,and it had large flexibility.Under triaxial compression condition,stowing body still had high residual strength after compression failure,which showed its good bearing capacity.
