Abstract:
Coal and its roof and floor in 3rd coal-seam of Yili 1st Mine has low strength and bad cementing property and is liable to disintegration and soften. By analyzing deformation and failure characteristic of roadway surrounding rock at two sides of ingate, surrounding rock instability mechanism was obtained. It was indicated that low active supporting strength of former supporting system and large geo-stress were main cause of roadway failure and supporting invalidation. Applying combined supporting of "strong protecting surface + anchored mesh and cable + shed"for roadways of two sides of auxiliary shaft ingate was put forward. On-the-spot observation showed that this supporting technology could avoid multi-time rebuilding of soft roadway and realize one-time supporting.
