Abstract: In order to safely mining through collapse column in Pingshuo Underground 1st Mine,applying auxiliary-transportation roadway to shortening mining face. This paper analyzed main working processes and cohesion relationship when mining through collapse column. Working process was optimized by NPT technology. Construction time and key path was determined,rational start and end time of every process was calculated. High production and high efficiency was realized.
