Abstract: Based on rock burst disaster monitoring and early warning and practical prevention and control，and ‘double low’ mode was put forward，the its meaning and realized method were introduced，and rock burst early warning indicator system based on the mode was built，its practicability was verified by practical.The studying showed that ‘double low’ mode of rock burst prevention and control was implemented，and rock burst hazard early warning and pressure relief were preposition，and balanced production was realized，and early warning aim and corporate governance goals‘rock burst prevention and production coordinate’ were reached，safety of workers in danger zone and mining production continue were guaranteed，it proved new idea for rock burst prevention and control.
