Abstract: Status quo of safe mining of collieries in Poland,especially mines with danger of rock-burst was introduced in this paper.Profit of prevention technology,method and equipment of rock-burst achieved in Poland for the past many years were concluded and related management system and legal rule of rock-burst prevention in Poland were introduced as well.
