蒙陕深部矿区强富水顶板水害防控与综合利用技术

Roof Water Disaster Prevention and Comprehensive Utilization Technique with Rich Water in Deep of Meng and Shan Mine District

  • 摘要: 针对蒙陕地区深部主采煤层受多层含水层威胁、井下涌水量大、生态环境脆弱的现状,以纳林河二号矿井地质和采矿条件为研究背景,综合采用数值模拟、相似模拟、室内试验、现场实测等研究手段,首先基于采动覆岩破坏高度与特征和采动砂岩裂隙含水层的充水规律,提出了以“控水采煤”为核心的深部水害防控技术方案;其次,针对高矿化度矿井水质和井下工作环境的特殊性,开发了一种适合该矿区矿井水水质特点的、综采工作面给水深度处理技术及成套装备;最后根据矿井排供水量关系,将疏控水技术与矿井水深度处理技术相结合,实现了蒙陕深部矿区矿井水综合利用。研究成果的成功应用,不仅有效控制了工作面初采期间的最大涌水量,实现了工作面的安全回采,而且实现了矿井水资源的充分利用与保护,从而保障了矿井安全高效绿色开采,为该矿区其他矿井提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: To current state that multiply aquifers,rich water inflow and fragile ecological environment of Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi mine district in deep,it taking geological and mining situation of Nalinhe No.2 coal mine as background,and then number simulation,similar simulation,experiment indoor and field testing ans so on were utilized.First,water disaster prevention scheme was put forward based on overburden fracture height and characteristics and water inflow principle of mining sandstone fracture aquifer,which core idea was ‘ mining under water controlling’,second,deeply treatment technology and outfit that suit for mine water characteristics was developed to specificity of hypersalinity water and underground working environment,at the end,according drain and supply water quantity of mine,mine water comprehensive utilization for Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi mine district in deep was realized.The results applied in field successfully,no only the maximum water inrush quantity during beginning mining period was controlled effectively and ensured safety mining,but also mine water was take full advantage used,so safety,effectively and green mining was guaranteed,it referenced for similar situation.
