连续采煤机适应性评价方法研究

Study on Adaptation Evaluation Method of Continuous Coal Cutter

  • 摘要: 为了确定连续采煤机在不同地质条件下的适应性,采用模糊综合评价的方法,建立了综合评价模型,通过该模型可直接算出匹配值,从而判断出连续采煤机的适用等级,实现对连续采煤机适应性的定量评价。通过4个工作面的具体实例计算,该模型的计算结果与专家评测结果具有较高的一致性,表明该模型计算准确有效,能够切实反映连续采煤机的适用程度。

     

    Abstract: In order to confirm adaptation of continuous coal cutter under different geological situation,and then fuzzy synthesis evaluation method was adopted,synthesis evaluation model was built,and then matching values could be calculated directly by the model,so adaptation level of continuous coal cutter could be judged,and quantitative evaluation of continuous coal cutter adaptation could be realized.According practical application of four working face,the results had better consistency contrast to experts evaluation results,it showed that the results of the model was accuracy,continuous coal cutter adaptation could be reflected realistic.
