Abstract:
During the mining process of 101 working face in Wangjiata coal mine, the roof of roadway was severely deformed and damaged, leading to the failure of the ground support,by using a comprehensive methods of numerical simulation, three-dimensional laser scanning technology and field measurement, the roof deformation of roadway during the advancing process of 201 working face was monitored, the effectiveness of roadway support scheme was evaluated, and the application of three-dimensional laser scanning technology in dynamic monitoring of roadway deformation engineering was elaborated. The results show thatthe conditions in the roadway are complex, the effective scanning distance is reduced, and the point cloud density is seriously reduced. It is recommended that the distance between the scanner and the station in the roadway monitoring project should not exceed 50 m;The 3D scanning monitoring results show that the roof is unevenly deformed. The deformation variable is subtle, and the effect of the supporting scheme is significant. With the advancement of the 201 working face, the deformation value of the roof of the roadway gradually increases, and the stress is transmitted along the advancing direction of working face. The deformation occurs first in the area near the gob. The monitoring results are consistent with the theory.
