注水防治急倾斜煤层冲击矿压的应用基础研究

Application Research of Preventing Rock-bursting with Water-pouring in Steeply Inclined Coal Seam

  • 摘要: 冲击矿压是当前我国煤矿深部开采出现的一种特殊的矿山压力现象,它严重威胁井下安全生产。结合大台井急倾斜煤层提出了相应的切合实际的防治措施,如防治冲击矿压的钻孔布置、注水设备的选择、注水工艺参数的确定等,收到了较好的实效。阐述了对渗透性、吸水性和湿润性较差的煤层进行注水时应采取的措施。实际注水表明,对该类煤层进行高压注水,能有效地防止冲击矿压的发生,保证煤矿的安全生产。

     

    Abstract: Rock-bursting is a special underground pressure behavior in deep mining in China currently and it intimidates seriously the safe mining.Aimed at the steeply inclined coal seam of Datai Mine,practicable prevention measures are put forward and better effective is obtained.These measures include the layout of bores,selection of water-pouring equipments and confirmation of water-pouring parameters,et al.The measures that should be adopted in water-pouring for coal seam with worse penetrability,hygroscopicity and wettability are expounded.Practice shows that water-pouring with high pressure for this kind of coal seam can prevent rock-bursting and ensure safe mining.
