基于固体充填开采的充填材料选择设计方法

Methods of selecting filling materials for solid filling mining

  • 摘要: 充填材料是保障充填效果、控制充填成本的重要影响因素。总结了现有固体充填材料基本类型及其物理力学性质;阐述了固体充填材料影响岩层控制效果的机理;基于“三下”开采、坚硬顶板下开采、房式煤柱回收以及矸石处理等充填开采工程的需求,对应设计了建筑物变形、导水裂隙带发育范围、坚硬顶板能量释放、房式煤柱稳定以及矸石处理量等5类评估指标;建立固体充填开采充填材料选择设计流程,以工程需求为目标,以充填体充实率为连接核心,指导固体充填材料选择设计,实测充填材料充采质量比和实际充实率,监测、反馈并调节充实率,形成了固体充填开采充填材料选择设计方法。唐山某矿建筑物下F5001工作面工程实践表明,设计2.5~50 mm的矸石作为固体充填材料,最大沉降量为61 mm,保护了地表建筑物,取得了良好的充填效果。研究结果可为矿井选择充填材料提供设计参考。

     

    Abstract: Filling material is an important factor to guarantee filling effect and control filling cost.This paper summarizes the basic types of solid backfilling materials and their physical and mechanical properties.The effect mechanism of solid backfilling material on rock formation control is expounded.Based on the requirements of backfill mining engineering,such as "coal mining under structures,railways and water-bodies",mining under hard roof,room coal pillar recovery and gangue treatment,five evaluation indexes are designed corresponding to building deformation,development range of water-conducting fracture zone,energy release of hard roof,stability of room coal pillar and gangue treatment amount.The selection and design process of filling materials for solid filling mining was established.With engineering requirements as the target and the filling rate of the filling body as the connecting core,the selection of solid filling materials was guided.The filling mass ratio and actual filling rate of filling materials were measured,and the filling rate was monitored and adjusted by feedback,forming the selection and design method of filling materials for solid filling mining.The engineering practice results of F5001 working face under a building in Tangshan mine show that by designing 2.5-50 mm gangue as filling material,the maximum settlement is 61 mm,which protects the surface building and achieves a good filling effect.The study can provide a reference for the design of mine filling material selection.
