受动压影响巷道围岩松动圈测试及支护技术研究
Study on loose zone testing and support technology of roadway surrounding rock affected by dynamic pressure

摘要: 为防止在动压影响下,潘二矿11123工作面开切眼下方部分底抽巷(承担胶带运输任务)的变形失稳,11123工作面初次来压后,在原锚网索支护基础上,采用增加注浆锚索的方式对巷道进行补强加固,并用地质雷达测试巷道围岩松动圈的厚度,以判断支护方案的可行性。地质雷达探测结果表明:第1次测量(工作面推进50 m时)、第2次测量(工作面推进90 m时)、第3次测量(工作面推进150 m时),松动圈的厚度发育较为迅速;第4次(工作面推进200 m时)、第5次(工作面推进200 m时)和第3次测量相比,松动圈厚度趋于稳定;底抽巷所形成的松动圈厚度在1 300 mm左右,属于中小松动圈,加强支护效果可以满足安全生产的要求。Abstract: To prevent the deformation of Paner No.2 Coal Mine 11123 working face cutting under the current part of the bottom pumping roadway(undertake belt transport task) due to the dynamic pressure,a new solution is introduced.After the first time of working face was under pressure,reinforcement of grouting anchor cables on the basis of original anchor net and cable support were applied and the thickness of the loosening zone of surrounding rock of roadway was detected by ground penetrating radar,to analyze the feasibility of supporting scheme.Ground penetrating radar detection results showed:at the first measurement(working face pushed over 50 m),second measurement(working face pushed over 90 m),third measurement(working face pushed over 150 m),the thickness of loosening zone develops rapidly;compared with the third time,the thickness of loosening ring tended to be stable at the fourth time(the face pushes over 200 m) and the fifth time(the face pushes over 200 m).The thickness of loosening zone formed by bottom drainage roadway was about 1.3 m,it fits in the small and medium loosening circle.The strengthened support effect meets the requirements of safety production.
