煤矿智能化开采模式与技术路径

  • 摘要: 基于煤矿智能化发展现状与要求,系统阐述了煤矿智能化开采模式的定义、技术内涵与特征。针对不同煤层赋存条件,提出了薄及中厚煤层智能化无人开采模式、大采高工作面智能耦合人机协同高效综采模式、综放工作面智能化操控与人工干预辅助放煤模式、复杂条件机械化+智能化开采模式等4种煤矿智能化开采模式。根据截割工艺、工序与装备的差异,将薄及中厚煤层智能化无人开采模式细分为刨煤机智能化无人开采模式、滚筒采煤机智能化无人开采模式,详细阐述了滚筒采煤机定位导航与智能调高技术、半截深高速截割工艺等薄及中厚煤层智能化开采模式关键技术。分析了大采高工作面智能化开采的主要技术瓶颈,论述了基于液压支架与围岩耦合关系的围岩智能耦合控制逻辑、重型装备群的分布式协同控制逻辑等大采高智能化开采模式关键技术。分析了放顶煤工作面与一次采全高工作面智能化开采模式的差异,提出了基于时序控制放煤、自动记忆放煤、煤矸识别放煤等智能化放煤控制逻辑与工艺流程。针对复杂煤层条件,提出了采用局部智能化开采降低工人劳动强度、提高作业环境安全水平的技术思路。

     

    Abstract: The definition,technical connotation and characteristics of coal mine intelligent were systematically expounded based on the current status and requirements of intelligent development of coal mine. According to different coal seam occurrence conditions,intelligent unmanned mining pattern for thin and medium thick coal seam,intelligent and efficient man-machine collaborative inspection pattern for large mining working face,intelligent control and manual intervention to aid caving in fully mechanized caving face,mechanization and intelligent mining pattern for complex coal seam condition were proposed. The intelligent unmanned mining pattern for thin and medium thick coal seam was subdivided into the intelligent unmanned mining pattern of coal planer and the intelligent unmanned mining pattern of drum shearer,which depends on the difference of cutting process,working procedure and equipment. The key technologies of intelligent mining pattern of thin and medium thick coal seam,such as positioning,navigation and intelligent heightening technology of drum shearer,and high-speed cutting technology of half depth,were described in detail. The main technical bottleneck of intelligent mining of large mining height working face was analyzed. The key technologies of intelligent mining pattern such as intelligent coupling control logic of surrounding rock based on the coupling relationship between hydraulic support and surrounding rock and distributed cooperative control logic of heavy equipment group were discussed. The difference of intelligent mining mode between caving top coal face and full height caving face was analyzed,and the intelligent caving control logic and technological process based on time sequence control caving,automatic memory caving,coal and gangue identification caving were put forward. In view of the complex coal seam conditions,the technical ideas of using local intelligent mining to reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the safety level of the operating environment were put forward.
