基于有限元与实测数据的掘进机回转台振动特性分析

Analysis of roadheader’s rotary table on vibration modal based on finite element method and tested data

  • 摘要: 为探索掘进机振动特性的可靠分析方法,针对掘进机回转台因长期承受较大多变应力-应变而发生断裂的情况,研究了掘进机回转台的振动特性分析方法。将井下实测数据与仿真模型相结合,通过有限元软件,采用软件建模与实际载荷输入结合的方法,对掘进机回转台的振动特性进行分析。首先完成其在截割过程中的受力分析,通过Pro/E与ADAMS建立掘进机回转台有限元模型,并对掘进机在巷道掘进过程中的载荷数据进行采集,将数据进行选取、处理与组合建立仿真载荷并将其导入模型,得到最接近实际工况的有限元模型;然后通过ADAMS进行振动模态分析,求解了掘进机回转台的前6阶固有频率、振型及振动响应的功率谱密度,同时开展了掘进机回转台的模态试验并进行对比。结果表明,该分析方法与试验结果在振型与各阶频率上均保持一致,平均偏差仅为11.83%,最小偏差仅为2.41%,并分析了出现偏差的原因,证明其可以对掘进机回转台结构修改与动力特性改善提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore a method to analyze roadheader turret characteristics,the vibration characteristics of roadheader turret were studied in view of the fracture of cantilever roadheader turret under long-term bearing of more variable stress and strain.This paper combined the measured data with the simulation model.Through the finite element software,the vibration characteristics of the rotary table were analyzed by combining the software modeling with the actual load input.Firstly,the force analysis in the cutting process was completed;the finite element model of the rotary table was established by Pro/E and ADAMS,and the simulated load was established by selecting,processing and combining the measured data of the underground working condition,and then the finite element model similar to the actual working condition was obtained;then the vibration modal analysis was carried out by ADAMS.The first six natural frequencies and vibration modes of the rotary table were solved.At the same time,the modal test of the turntable was carried out.The results showed that the analysis method was in good agreement with the test results.The mean variation is 11.83%,while the minimum is only 2.41%.The reasons for the deviation were analyzed,which proved that it could provide reference for the structural modification and dynamic characteristics improvement of roadheader turntable.
