深部煤层采动流固耦合效应下陷落柱突水机理研究

Study of Collapse Column Water Inrush under Fluid-solid Coupling Effect of Coal Seam Mining in Deep

  • 摘要: 以淮北矿区下组煤开采为例,研究煤层深部开采扰动诱发陷落柱突水机理,建立了陷落柱突水模型。基于FISH对FLAC3D进行二次开发,研究流固耦合效应下工作面推进不同步距条件下,陷落柱破坏特征。结果表明:深部高地应力及高承压水耦合作用下,随着工作面回采推进,陷落柱产生侧向塑性破坏。在采动影响下塑性破坏区范围不断地向外扩展,工作面前方的裂缝带与陷落柱塑性破坏区之间的完整岩层宽度在不断地减小,当工作面推进50m时,距陷落柱30m处二者相连通,形成突水通道,诱发陷落柱突水。研究揭示了矿井深部煤层采动流固耦合效应下,陷落柱突水的过程与机理。

     

    Abstract: It taking under-group coal seams mining of Huaibei mine area as example,collapse column water inrush principle that induced by mining in deep was studied,collapse column water inrush model was built.Secondary development was made for FLAC3D based on FISH,and then the broken characters of collapse column under different advanced distance with fluid-solid coupling effect were studied.The results showed that under coupling effect of high ground pressure in deep and high confined water,with working face cutting,lateral plastic deformation appeared in collapse column.Plastic broken scope developed to outward under minging influence,an intact strata width between fracture zone before working face and collapse column plastic broken zone,when working face advance distance was about 50m,two sites were connected thorough at the site to collapse column was about 30m,then water inrush channel formed,and would inducing collapse column water inrush,the results showed that collapse column water inrush process and principle under fluid and solid coupling effects of coal seam mining in deep.
