Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of gas transfinite frequently in fully mechanized coal mining face,goaf and upper corner,it taking 7603 fully mechanized coal mining face of Wuyang coal mine as engineering background,and gas drainage scheme of high level suction roadway was put forward,the vertical distance between high level suction roadway and coal seam roof was 35m was put forward after calculation,the horizontal distance to ventilation roadway was 40m,gas drainage effect of different five schemes were analyzed by numerical simulation,the gas drainage reached the best when high level suction roadway located in layer 2(

H=35m),gas density in upper corner and ventilation roadway was 0.5%~0.7%;the industrial test showed that gas density were 0.5%~0.6% and 0.6%~0.8% in upper corner and ventilation roadway respectively during mining process,and it could be controlled less than 0.8%,safety and high efficient production of fully mechanized coal mining face was ensured,it references for similar situation.
