Abstract:
Test model of structural plane shearing strength and cutting pick invasion model were built by discrete element software PFC
2D, then the influence that structural plane characters to pickaxe type cutting pick invasion process were studied from the following three aspects, structural plane interval, incline angle and shearing strength. And some information as invasion force, fragment volume, fracture type, number and orientation were recorded during simulation process, the influence law of structural plane characters to fracture development was illustrated from micro perspective, rock fractures development were obstructed and guidance by structural plane, and it was benefit for fracture development and formed chippings, crushed zone firstly appeared during invasion process, its main fractures were tension fractures, fractures developed as tension broken type in deep without structural plane, but fractures developed as shearing broken type under structural plane developed, the invasion force of chippings formed and fractures development increased with structural plane interval, incline angle increased, but structural strength has less influence to chippings formed and fractures developed direction, only influenced fractures developed depth along structural plane.
