极复杂地质条件急倾斜厚煤层斜切分段综放开采实践

Practical of Fully-mechanized Top Coal Caving with Oblique Segmentation Section under Steep Inclined Thick Seam and Extra Complicated Geological Situation

  • 摘要: 为了在极复杂地质条件下安全有效开采急倾斜难采厚煤层,以江源煤业4号煤层为试验对象,从工作面布置、回采工艺、顶煤冒放性、设备选型配套、顶煤及坚硬顶板弱化等角度进行分析,给出了采用“单滚筒采煤机+轻放支架”、端头直接整体进刀方式、顶煤及坚硬顶板处理技术等斜切分段短壁综放开采的主要参数和关键技术。通过工业性试验的成功应用,为江源煤业1号、6号煤层以及类似赋存条件急倾斜厚煤层的综合机械化开采提供了技术实践参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to mining steep incline difficulty mining thick coal seam safety and effectively under extra complicated geological situation,it taking No.4 coal seam of Jiangyuan coal industry as experimental object,and then the following parameters were analyzed, such as mining working face layout,mining technique,top coal cavability,equipment selection and matching,top coal and harden roof weaken and so on,and then the main parameters and key technique of oblique segmentation section and short wall fully mechanized top coal caving were put forward, which include “ single drum shearer and light-duty caving support”,ends integrated feed way and top coal seam and harden roof weaken and so on.After successfully application in field,it references for steep incline and thick seam fully mechanized top coal caving of No.1,No.6 coal seam and similar situation.
