破碎煤体钻孔触探法原位强度测试与分析

Analysis and Drilling In-situ Penetration Strength Measurement of Broken Coal

  • 摘要: 由于破碎煤体取样效果差,很难获得标准煤样,一般采用现场原位测试煤体强度,而常用的原位测试方法钻孔触探法在测试破碎煤体强度时出现探针跃进不明显问题。在煤体裂隙较发育的新元煤矿进行试验,采用直径分别为6,8,10mm探针对破碎煤体进行钻孔触探法强度测试,对132mm钻孔不同直径探针载荷与油压测试数据进行拟合分析,直径6mm探针两者相关性差,随着探针直径增大,探针载荷与油压拟合度提高,直径10mm探针两者相关关系明显增强。对56mm钻孔测试,两类尺寸钻孔测试数据均表明增大探针直径能够显著提高探针跃进现象,测试数据有效率增长速率由大变小,此外受钻孔直径影响,大直径钻孔比小直径钻孔测试有效率高约10%。

     

    Abstract: Standard coal sample was hardly obtained as worse sampling of broken coal sample,and coal strength was tested by field In-situ measurement in field,but the problem that probe leaped forward unapparent appeared during broken coal strength testing with drilling in-situ penetration method.An experiment was done in Xinyuan coal mine, where coal fractures developmental,and drilling in-situ test with different diameter probes were tested,the diameter were 6, 8 and 10mm,respectively,fitting analysis of different diameter probe loading and oil pressure data in drill hole was done,which diameter is 132mm,the relativity of two was worse as diameter was 6mm,the fitting degree increased with probe diameter increased,and the relativity of two increased obviously as diameter was 10mm.And the test also done in drill hole that diameter was 56mm,the testing data showed that probe leaped forward could be improved with probe diameter increased, but the rising rate of testing data effectively rate,and the results also influenced by hole diameter,the testing effectively rate in large diameter hole improved about 10% than in small diameter hole.
