赵家寨矿新近系含水层下综放开采安全煤岩柱留设研究

Safety Pillar Design for Full-mechanized Top Coal Caving under Neogene Aquifer of Zhaojiazhai Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 为解决赵家寨矿新近系砂砾石层含水层下安全煤岩柱合理留设问题,对该矿12采区松散层地质和水文条件进行评价,根据评价结果,12采区工作面需要留设防水煤岩柱。结合UDEC软件数值模拟煤层开采时裂缝带发育高度,择优选取综放开采公式预计导水裂缝带高度,采用“最小有效隔水厚度法”选取保护层厚度;最终计算出防水煤岩柱留设高度。研究结果表明:12205工作面需要留设95.42m高防水煤岩柱,12211工作面需要留设112.93m高防水煤岩柱,12201工作面需要留设86.56m高防水煤岩柱。2015年5月12211工作面试采成功,验证了防水煤岩柱留设的安全性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of safety coal pillar design,which under the gravel aquifer of Neogene in Zhaojiazhai coal mine,the geological situation of loose seam and hydrological of 12 mining zone were evaluated,waterproof coal and rock pillar should be set for working face in 12 mining zone according the results,the development height of diversion fissure zone that appeared during coal mining process was simulated by UDEC,the diversion fissure zone height was predicted by the optimal formula of full-mechanize caving mining,and protective layer thickness was selected by method of ‘the minimum and effective waterproof thickness’,and worked out the height of waterproof pillar at the end.The results showed that waterproof pillar height were 95.42m,112.93m and 86.56m of 12205,12211 and 12201 working face,respectively,the safety of waterproof pillar was verified by success mining of 12211 working face.
