Abstract: Hydro-fracture is a safe and effective coal and rock weakening technology．Nevertheless，scarcity of matched drill machine is one of the main causes which result into slow construction speed and low working efficiency and seriously restrict popularization and application of hydro-fracture in coal mines．A new-style drilling machine platform with multi-functions was developed on the basis of hydro-fracture borehole design requirement．On the platform，drill machine could construct any angle borehole，drill machine movement and stabilization could be realized，which largely improve drilling efficiency and safety，reduce labor intensity，and solve low-efficiency problem of roof hydro-fracture．
