急倾斜特厚煤层冲击地压防治技术实践研究

Rock-burst Prevention of Steeply-inclined and Extremely-thick Coalseam

  • 摘要: 以乌东煤矿88°急倾斜特厚煤层水平分段工作面开采过程中发生的一起冲击地压案例为背景,依据微震监测结果,确定了B2-B3煤层之间岩柱活动是诱发冲击地压的主要危险源,采用岩层空间结构破断和强度弱化防冲思想,开展了岩柱地面爆破和井下注水的现场实践,对近百米厚、数百米高的岩柱进行了空间结构破断和回采水平强度弱化。实践表明,地面爆破有效改善了岩柱应力分布和集中程度,注水有效降低了岩柱能量积聚及其活动的剧烈程度,效果检验表明冲击地压得到了有效防治。

     

    Abstract: For a rock-burstoccurred in horizontal slice mining face in steeply-inclined and extremely-thick coalseam of Wudong Colliery,micro-seismic monitoring result showed that rock pillar between B2coalseam and B3coalseam was the main rockburst danger source.Applying rock strata structure breakage and strength weakening thinking,surface blasting and underground water injection of rock pillar was practiced.Monitoring results showed that surface blasting and underground water injection effectively reduced energy and stress concentration degree of rock pillar,and that rock-burst was prevented effectively.
