综采工作面大块破碎装置的研制和应用

Development and Application of Block Crushing Device in Full-mechanized Mining Face

  • 摘要: 综采工作面片帮、冒顶等产生的超大块煤和矸石是影响煤流输送的重要障碍,其破碎作业成为制约煤炭安全高效生产的一大技术难题。利用低频重载原理开发出乳化液冲击破碎锤,在地面分别对钢筋混凝土和大理石板试件进行了破碎能力测试;根据工作面转载点设备布置特点,开发出双级摇臂式大块破碎装置并进行了井下工业性试验。地面和井下试验表明,开发的工作面大块破碎装置能够实现硬度值f=4的大块的一次性冲击破碎,刚性支撑条件下最大破块硬度可达f=10以上;井下单次或数次冲击即可实现1m见方以上大块的有效裂解,同时能够利用摇臂有效疏通浮卡的大块,提高破块效率和安全性。

     

    Abstract: Super large blocks of coal and rock brought from coal-wall slide and roof falling in full-mechanized mining face are main barriers influencing coal transportation,and block crushing is a technical puzzle which restricts safe and high-efficiency mining.Emulsion impact hammer was developed with low-frequency and over-loading theory.Its breakage ability was test with reinforcement concrete samples and marble slab samples on surface.Based on equipments layout characteristics at transfer points,block crushing equipment with double rocker arm was developed and tested underground.Surface and underground test showed that the equipment could realize one-off crushing of block whose hardness value f=4,and maximum crushing harness could reach f=10 under rigid supporting condition.Underground single or multi impact could realize effective crushing blocks whose length exceeded 1m,and could effectively unchoke jammed blocks with rocker arm,which improved breakage efficiency and safety.
