综放液压支架立柱大修工艺优化研究
Optimization of Props Overhaul Technique of Powered Support for Full-mechanized Caving Mining

摘要: 液压支架立柱是煤炭开采过程中必不可少的设备,立柱大修质量的好坏直接影响着液压支架运行状况和煤矿的生产效率。以ZF6000/18/31型放顶煤液压支架立柱大修为例,详细介绍立柱的拆解、检测检验、修复、总装、验收标准等优化工艺流程;通过现场的实际应用,制定先进合理的、易操作的工艺流程,极大地提高了大修的质量和生产效率。Abstract: Prop of powered support is necessary equipment for coal mining,prop overhaul quality directly influence operation state of powered support and mining efficiency of coal mine.This paper introduced dismantlement,test,requirement,final assembly of ZF6000/18/31 powered support for top-coal caving in detail.By field practice,advanced,rational and easily-operated technique process was formulated,which largely improved overhaul quality and mining efficiency.
