基于Matlab/Simulink的滚筒式采煤机截割部调高机构动态分析

Dynamic Analysis of Height-regulating Structure of Shearer’s Cutting Unit Based on Matlab/Simulink

  • 摘要: 在对滚筒式采煤机截割部调高机构受力分析与结构简化的基础上,得出了截割部调高系统的力学模型,并运用Matlab/Simulink建立了截割部调高机构的动态仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:增大调高油缸的刚度和阻尼可以减轻系统的振动,并提高截割部调高过程的平稳性。研究结果可为采煤机截割部调高机构设计和应用提供可靠的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of analyzing stress state and simplifying structure of height-regulating structure of shearer’s cutting unit,mechanics model of height-regulating structure of cutting unit was set up.Applying Matlab/Simulink to setting up dynamic simulation model,height-regulating process was simulated.Results showed that increasing rigidity and damp of height-regulating oil-cylinder could reduce system vibration and improve system stability in height-regulating process,which provided reliable theoretical basis for designing height-regulating structure.
