两柱掩护式液压支架姿态监测技术研究

Attitude Monitoring Technology of Two-prop Shield Powered Support

  • 摘要: 通过在液压支架上合理布置倾角传感器,以两柱掩护式液压支架姿态监测为目标,建立了支架三维杆系模型,推导出支架在任意姿态下各关键参数的姿态算法;并采用SolidWorks环境中等比例搭建了支架虚拟样机,通过Motion插件对支架进行了运动学仿真,绘制了极限位态时支架关键构件运移关系曲线,该曲线可作为指导支架姿态监测的依据,同时验证了姿态算法的正确性。

     

    Abstract: By installing inclinometer in powered support,3-d linkage model was set up for monitoring attitude of two-prop shield powered support,Attitude algorithm of key parameters under random attitude was deduced.Moderate percentage virtual prototype of powered support was set up and kinematics simulation was finished with Motion plug in SolideWorks environment.The movement relationship curve of key components at limit attitude was drawn which could be used to instruct powered support attitude monitoring,and verified attitude algorithm as well.
