Abstract:
By installing inclinometer in powered support,3-d linkage model was set up for monitoring attitude of two-prop shield powered support,Attitude algorithm of key parameters under random attitude was deduced.Moderate percentage virtual prototype of powered support was set up and kinematics simulation was finished with Motion plug in SolideWorks environment.The movement relationship curve of key components at limit attitude was drawn which could be used to instruct powered support attitude monitoring,and verified attitude algorithm as well.
