新型耐水锚固剂锚固试验研究及工程应用

Anchorage Test of A New-style Water-fast Anchorage Agent and Engineering Application

  • 摘要: 选取本身强度高,水域环境内能稳定引发固化的改性聚酯为主体,研制成功耐水锚固剂。研究表明:PM-Ⅰ和固化剂-Ⅰ反应体系,常温固化效果最好、锚固强度最高;无水条件下24h后抗拔力达到240kN以上,有水条件下24h后抗拔力达到200kN以上;内径28mm、长800mm无缝钢管模拟钻孔中,自制2330锚固剂2支,锚固锚索24h后锚固强度可达273kN。新型耐水锚固剂于蒋家河煤矿二号采区回风大巷底鼓段试验成功,且提高施工效率、缩短工期,减少了水对底板锚索锚固力降低的影响。

     

    Abstract: Selectinghigh-strength modified polyester which could trigger solidification in water environment,water-fast anchorage agent was developed successfully.Research showed that action system of PM-Ⅰ and solidification agent-Ⅰ made solidification effect be the best and anchorage strength the biggest under normal temperature environment,and that pulling resistance could reach above 240kN after 24 hours under anhydrous condition,it could reach above 200kN under water condition.In simulated borehole with seamless steel tube with 28mm inner diameter and 800mm length,anchorage strength of 2 self-made 2330 anchorage agents reached 273kN.This newstyle water-fast anchorage agent was successfully applied in floor-heave main air-return roadway of 2ndmining region in Jiangjiahe Colliery,which improved construction efficiency,shortened construction time and reduced the influence of water on anchorage force of floor anchored cable.
