Abstract:
For the problem of plastic deformation,fatigue,prop invalidation of powered support caused by impact load and underground severe environment,by analyzing material properties of powered support’s key components,it was put forward that material quality consistency,mechanical and anticorrosive property and processing technique would influence powered support’s reliability and life.TMCP technology was applied to improving material quality stability,laser cladding and stainless steel caldding technology was applied to improving prop surface anticorrosive,and scraping barreling technique was applied to improving components’machining precision and efficiency.The improvement of material quality and upgrading machining technique would effectively enhance product quality,largely improve equipment manufacturing level and market competitiveness.
