坚硬厚顶板矸石充填工作面矿压显现特征

Underground Pressure Behavior Characteristic of Gangue Stowing Face under Hard and Thick Roof

  • 摘要: 结合郭二庄矿2911工作面坚硬火成岩顶板的地质条件,通过理论分析、相似模拟和现场实测等方法对矿压显现特征进行了研究。分析得出矸石充填开采时,顶板的运动破断形式主要分为直接顶垮落、直接顶弯曲下沉和坚硬顶板下层位破断3种。研究结果表明:坚硬厚顶板下矸石充填开采时,顶板的挠度远小于充填体的欠接顶量,顶板与充填体间不产生力的作用; 统计分析得出实测支架工作阻力普遍小于额定工作阻力; 坚硬顶板破断前离层发展呈现反复离层压实的特征,且每次离层都较前一次显著增大。

     

    Abstract: Underground pressure behavior characteristics of Guozhuang 2nd Colliery's 2911 mining face under hard igneous rock were discussed by theoretical analysis,analog simulation and on-the-spot measurement.It was obtained that in gangue stowing,roof movement could be divided into immediate roof caving,immediate roof curving and subsidence,and hard roof subsidence.In gangue stowing mining under hard and thick roof,roof deflection was far smaller than non-contact value of stowing body,no force action between roof and stowing body.Measured support working resistance was generally smaller than rated value by statistic analysis.Separation development before hard roof broken took on repeating separation and compaction characteristic,and separation of every time would larger than that of previous time.
