粉煤灰干式充填气力输送实验研究

Experiment of Pneumatic Transporting Fly-ash for Dry Stowing

  • 摘要: 为安全、经济地充填采空区,需要对粉煤灰输送进行优化。在不同的输送距离下,通过改变进气量、输送压力等参数,使气体的输送效率,即料气比、系统出力、系统的压力损失达到各自最优值,采用电容层析成像系统 (ECT)进行气固两相的模拟分析,得出稀相、浓相的输送规律。实验结果表明:200m是最优的输送距离,达到了高料气比、高出力和较低的压力损失; 输送压力即开泵压力,对输送情况影响较小; 系统在进行稀相输送,有较高的效率。在实际工程中,输送距离控制在200m内。

     

    Abstract: In order to stow gob safely and economically,fly-ash transportation should be optimized.Under different transportation distances,by changing air input and transportation pressure,transportation efficiency,system export force and pressure lost were optimized to reach respective optimal value.Applying Electrical Capacitance Tomography(ECT) to simulating gas-solid flow,transportation rule of dilute phase and concentrated phase was obtained.Results showed that 200m was optimal transportation distance which could meet high efficiency,high pressure and low pressure lost.Transportation pressure,that is,pump start pressure influenced slightly.Dilute phase transportation would have higher efficiency.In practice,transportation distance should be controlled within 200m.
