负荷中心在安全高效综采工作面中的应用
Application of Load Centre in Safe and High-efficiency Full-mechanized Mining Face

                            摘要: 基于综采工作面近距离供电系统采用“移动变电站+电缆+组合开关”模式出现的问题,提出王家岭煤矿综采工作面采用负荷中心进行供配电,并通过对负荷中心变压器容量的计算和低压侧组合开关负荷的分配,最终确定选用3台KJZ-2400/3300-10D 2500kVA型负荷中心和1台KJZ-2400/3300-10D 1250kVA型负荷中心。应用表明,负荷中心有效地简化了供电系统,增强了供电系统的安全性和可靠性; 一体化设计减小了设备占地空间,加快了工作面推进速度,提高了工作面生产效率; 智能化控制系统和通讯接口为数字化矿井建设奠定了基础。负荷中心满足了现代化安全、高产高效综采工作面的供电要求,为工作面的顺利推进提供了可靠的电气设备保证,应用效果良好。Abstract: In order to solve the problem in use of“removable transformer substation+cable+combined switch”of close distance power supply system in full-mechanized mining face,load centre was put forward to supply power in full-mechanized mining face of Wangjialing Colliery.3 KJZ-2400/3300-10D 2500kVA load centers and 1 KJZ-2400/3300-10D 1250kVA load center were selected by calculating transformer volume of load center and load of combination switch of lower pressure side.Application showed that load center effectively simplified power supply system and strengthened safety and reliability of power supply,integration design reduced equipment space and improved mining speed and production efficiency.Intelligent control system and communication interface provided base for data mine construction.Load center met power supply of modern safe,high-production and high-efficient full-mechanized mining face,and ensured reliable electrical equipment supply for mining and made excellent effect.
