弹塑性软化煤柱的承载能力及其有限元模拟

Bearing Ability of Elastic-plastic Softening Coal-pillar and Finite Element Analysis

  • 摘要: 为了确定煤柱的承载能力,计算过程中忽略了煤柱自身重力和煤柱顶底板的限制,将煤柱的承载能力分析简化为材料的承载能力分析。煤柱的黏聚力随塑性体应变按高斯函数变化,煤柱破坏符合Drucker-Prager准则,其强度参数由Mohr-Coulomb强度参数表达,表达方式按Drucker-Prager圆过Coulomb六边形外顶点模式。利用经典弹塑性理论,对煤柱本构关系进行推导和简化,在数值积分的帮助下得到精确解。同时采用软化材料有限元对煤柱承载能力进行模拟,模拟结果与精确解吻合较好。通过研究得到了分析具有弹塑性软化特点的煤柱的承载能力的数值算法,也可以作为相应计算机程序的测试算例。

     

    Abstract: Bearing capacity of coal-pillar was simplified as that of material by neglecting weight and restriction of roof and floor.Cohesion of coal-pillar varied with plastic strain by Gauss function.Coal-pillar damage met Drucker-Prager criterion and its strength parameters were expressed with Mohr-Coulomb criterion.Applying typical elastic and plastic theory,constitutive relationship of coal-pillar was deduced and simplified.Accuracy solution was obtained by numerical integral.Bearing capacity of coal-pillar was simulated with finite element of softening material,simulation result was accordance with solution.Thus,numerical algorithm of coal-pillar's bearing capacity was obtained,which could be as test examples of corresponding computer program.
