补连塔煤矿22303回风巷片帮事故分析及处理方法

Wall-slide Disaster Analysis of 22303 Air-return Roadway and Disposal Method in Bulianta Colliery

  • 摘要: 简述了补连塔煤矿22303综采工作面过上覆倾向煤柱过程中回风巷产生的片帮、冒顶事故及处理过程,对事故发生原因进行了分析,针对该地质条件下集中煤柱下大采高工作面两巷支护方式提出理论建议,对巷道顶板两帮采用圆木补强支护,并对工作面侧帮补打玻璃钢锚杆,对采空区侧帮补打锚索加W钢带支护,顶板下沉量减小到0.5m,工作面片帮现象得到控制,采空区侧帮帮鼓量减小至0.3m左右,为今后开采类似工作面积累了宝贵经验。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduced wall-slide and roof falling disaster and disposal procedure of air-return roadway when 22303 full-mechanized mining face mined through upper trend coal-pillar.Disaster reason was analyzed.Supporting manner suggestion for two roadways of large-mining-height face under coal-pillar was put forward.By intentionally supporting roof and two-side with logs,additionally supporting with FRP bolts at working side and anchored cable and W-style steel belt at gob-side,wall-slide was controlled,subsidence reduced to 0.5m and gob-side heave reduced to 0.3m,which provided valuable experience for similar condition.
