金佳矿11223工作面瓦斯涌出规律研究

  • 摘要: 基于金佳矿11223工作面的顺利回采,统计抽采和风排瓦斯的相关数据,分析工作面瓦斯涌出的构成、变化趋势以及主要影响因素。结果表明近距离煤层群下保护层工作面开采时,瓦斯涌出以邻近煤层卸压瓦斯为主,在选择瓦斯治理方法时应该优先考虑专用瓦斯抽采巷与回风巷埋管瓦斯抽采方法。埋深、煤层瓦斯含量、回采速度、顶板来压对瓦斯涌出有明显影响,矿井应该根据自身情况开展相应的预防瓦斯超限措施。

     

    Abstract: Components,variation tendency and main influence factor of methane in 11223 mining face of Jinjia Colliery was discussed by analyzing drainage and ventilation methane data. Results showed that when mining lower protective seam in near-distance coalseams,methane discharge was mainly from near coal. Special methane drainage roadway and air-return pipe drainage should be preferentially considered when selecting methane prevention method. Buried depth,methane content,mining speed,roof weighting had distinctly influence on methane discharge. Mines should adopt methane prevention measures on the basis of own conditions.
