煤炭企业人员培训与开发策略研究

Personnel Training and Developing Tactics of Coal Enterprise

  • 摘要: 现阶段煤炭企业的员工培训和开发很大程度上没有与企业的发展战略保持一致,导致没有从系统的角度考虑员工培训与开发体系的建立,员工缺乏培训意识,企业忽视培训效果,煤炭企业员工培训成本较高。提出从企业发展战略的层面出发,建立系统化的煤炭企业员工培训与开发体系,将有限培训资源进行最优配置,切实保障员工培训与开发效益最大化。

     

    Abstract: At present,a personnel training is not kept pace with enterprise’s development strategy in coal enterprise. This made personnel training and developing system was not set up from system view. Personnel are short of training consciousness and enterprises ignore training effect. Training cost is high. This paper put forward setting up systematized personnel training and developing system of coal enterprise. This can realize optimal allocation of limited training resource and ensures the benefit of personnel training and developing maximal.
