动静载作用下冲击地压启动条件及防治技术
Rock-burst Start Conditions and Prevention Technology under Static and Dynamic Load Action

摘要: 基于冲击地压的能量机理,提出了冲击地压启动的2种形式,一种是发生冲击地压所需能量在静载的缓慢作用下达到,在外界扰动下发生;另一种是处于准静态平衡的煤岩体,在强烈动载的帮助下瞬间达到,同时释放大量能量。根据冲击地压应力来源及加载方式,提出了有针对性的防治技术,即:对于静载起主导作用的冲击地压,应以煤层卸压为主,而对动载起主导作用的冲击地压,则更应侧重于顶板弱化等降低煤岩冲击动载的防治技术。Abstract: On the basis of energy mechanism of rock-burst,2 forms of rock-burst start were present. One is static load action under which rock-burst occurred when energy reached its limit slowly,the other is dynamic load action under which energy limit reached instantaneously. Specific prevention measures were put forward based on stress sources and load forms. That is,for static load condition,coal-body pressure relief should be adopted,but for dynamic load condition,reduction of dynamic load such as roof weakening should be applied.
