双龙煤矿软岩大巷修复技术实验研究

Experiment Research on Repairing Technology of Soft-rock Main Roadway in Shuanglong Colliery

  • 摘要: 根据陕西双龙煤矿的煤层地质条件,采用相似模拟实验和数值模拟对大巷损害进行研究,分析研究大巷变形破坏原因和修复方法。重点对在"锚杆锚索+金属网+喷浆+W型钢带"综合支护的基础上架设U型钢半圆拱可缩支架进行实验研究,取得了良好的实验效果,为现场大巷修复提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: Analog simulation and numerical simulation were applied to researching main roadway damage based on geological condition of Shuanglong Colliery. Damage cause and repairing method of main roadway was analyzed. Experiment for U-steel semicircular arch yieldable support on the basis of comprehensive supporting of "anchored bolt and cable-mesh-grunting-W steel strip " was made. Experiment effect was good and provided scientific base for repairing main roadway.
