蒙陕地区深部煤层开采地质力学测试及应用研究

Geological Mechanics Test and Application in Deep Coal Mining in Mengshan Area

  • 摘要: 为保障蒙陕地区亿吨级煤炭基地和大型矿井的建设,在该地区开展了煤岩物理力学测试、地质力学测试、煤岩成分分析等工作。测试结果为3-1煤属于硬煤,顶底板为中硬-硬;采用水压致裂法对该地区进行了地应力测试,应力场在量级上属于中等偏高应力区域;使用高精度钻孔窥视仪拍摄了30个测孔的围岩结构照片,顶板完整性较好,裂隙不发育;对煤层顶底板岩石成分进行了化验分析,顶板和底板不含蒙脱石,膨胀性较差,但存在一定的软化特性。这些基础测试数据可以为巷道支护设计、顶板矿压规律分析、回采工作面设备选型奠定了基础,保障了该区深部开采的安全性与可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Physical and mechanical test,geological mechanics test and coal-rock body components analysis was made for 100-millionton coal base and large mine construction. Test result showed that 3-1 Coal was hard coal,roof and floor was hard-hard. Hydrofracturing method was applied to making geo-stress test and geo-stress filed belonged to medium-high stress area. 30 imaging photos from highprecision borehole sight instrument showed that roof was intact and fissure was few. Roof and floor components test showed that roof and floor had no montmorillonite in,bad dilatability but had softening property. All the basic test data could provide reference for roadway supporting design,roof pressure analysis,and equipment lectotype for mining face in deep mine.
