RS-1型柔性深钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度测定装备研制

Development of RS-1 Flexible Deep-hole Measurement Equipment of Methane Discharge Initial Velocity

  • 摘要: 钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度是常用的煤与瓦斯突出预测指标之一,该技术最大的缺陷是预测深度较浅,严重制约着采掘速度的提高。针对传统装备的不足及现代化矿井高效开采的需求,提出了RS-1型柔性深钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度测定装备的结构与工作原理,对该装备的封孔胶囊进行了设计与加工制造,对该装备的性能进行了实验室实验和现场试验。研究结果显示,该装备具有测定钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度的功能,而且,能够有效提高测定钻孔深度。

     

    Abstract: Borehole methane discharge initial velocity is one of the usual prediction indices of coal and methane bursting,but for this method,shallow prediction depth seriously district mining and driving speed.In order solve the problem,RS-1 flexible deep-hole measurement equipment of methane discharge initial velocity was developed.Its structure and operating principle was introduced.Hole sealing capsule of this equipment was designed and manufactured.Laboratory and on-the-spot test showed that this equipment could measure methane discharge initial velocity and effectively improve borehole depth.
